First three fights announced for Unified 48 in Toronto

TORONTO – Three action-packed bouts have been added to Unified MMA’s debut in Toronto, Unified 48 on Dec. 16, LIVE on UFC Fight Pass.

Ontario’s “Handsome” Scott Hudson takes aim at his seventh straight win against Indiana’s Austin “Flash” Tweedy in Unified’s stacked super-lightweight division.

Heading into his first battle on Canada’s Ultimate Proving Ground, Hudson’s 13-5-1 record includes three knockouts and three submissions. Tweedy brings a 11-3 record into his Unified debut, with nine wins by submission and two by KO.

Ontario’s Teshay “My House” Gouthro and Prince Edward Island’s Morgan Rhynes collide in bantamweight action, with both fighters debuting for Unified MMA. Gouthro is 6-1 on the strength of three straight wins. His record includes three KOs. Rhynes, meanwhile, brings a 5-5 record into his debut, with three wins by KO and one by submission.

Bobby Poulter and Julius Trimmeliti meet in a battle of Ontario welterweights debuting on the Unified stage. Poulter is 4-1 (two KOs and a submission), while Trimmeliti is 2-1, with both of his victories coming by tap out.
