Mike Scarcello Letting his Fists do the Talking at Unified 39

Nov 26, 2019

EDMONTON — “Iron” Mike Scarcello is a man of few words heading into his super-lightweight fight with Derek Boyle at Unified 39.

The nine-time Unified MMA vet is hungry to rebound from his loss to UFC vet Shane Campbell when they battled for the Unified MMA Lightweight Championship in 2017. The loss came on the heals of six straight wins, and was his first defeat since 2013.

“The fans should expect a high-paced fight with a lot of action,” says Scarcello, who’s finished six of his past seven opponents.

“My opponent should expect a hard, gruelling battle.”

Any other predictions for Dec. 6 at River Cree Resort & Casino?
