Tom O’Connor Signs Multi-Fight Deal with Unified MMA; Makes Promotional Debut on Dec. 17

EDMONTON — One of the most exciting young fighters in Canada, Tom “Big Nasty” O’Connor, has signed a multi-fight contract with Unified MMA and makes his promotional debut against Craig Shintani at Unified 42 on Dec. 17 at River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch, AB, LIVE on UFC Fight Pass.

Fighting out of Lethbridge, AB, O’Connor boasts a 9-2 record, most recently competing in the Xtreme Fighting Championships’ global lightweight tournament semifinals on FOX Sports. Seven of his nine wins have come by stoppage.

Shintani represents O’Connor’s toughest challenge yet. He’s 9-4 as a pro with seven wins coming by knockout or submission.
