On Friday, the 26-year-old Niagara, ON fighter returns to action against top South African contender Mark Hulme (11-3) at Unified 55 at Rebel Entertainment Complex in Toronto, LIVE on UFC Fight Pass. Powell is gunning for his third straight victory, but he knows there’s much more at stake on Friday. The UFC boss is ready to offer life-changing UFC contracts to Unified 55’s brightest stars, so there’s no doubt that Powell is in the final stages of preparation for the biggest opportunity of his career.
Powell has three offerings he’s ready to trade for a UFC contract.
“A lot of violence, a lot of blood, and a lot of entertainment,” he says.
“I feel like I’m exactly what Dana is looking for, and I’m going to prove that on Friday night.”
What would a UFC deal mean to Powell? That’s simple.
“Everything. It will mean the world to me,” he says. “This is what I’ve been working a decade for. This is everything to me.”
